eligibility

returns, 7 days. any product can come back within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unopened, still sealed and in its original packaging. that includes toys and sale items. for hygiene reasons, an opened product can't come back, except lips. once we receive the product and check it, the refund is issued within 3 to 5 business days.

lips, 30 days. if lips doesn't work for you, email orders@peachandcream.com within 30 days of your first order and we refund it, opened or not. no need to send the jar back.

vibrators, 1 year. peak, glow, aura and cakepop, alone or in a set, are covered for 1 year from delivery against defects in materials, electronics or workmanship. if one stops working in normal use, we swap it for a new one or give you store credit of the same value. the warranty follows the vibrator if you give it as a gift.

arrived defective, damaged or wrong? that goes for every product. tell us within 7 days of delivery and we send you a new one or the right item.

process and limitations

email orders@peachandcream.com with your order number. for a return, we reply with the address; return shipping is on you, unless it's our mistake or the product arrived damaged. for a defective, damaged or wrong item, add a photo and a short description.

products bought in a store follow that store's return policy, since the store took the payment. if a vibrator bought from one of our retailers stops working within the year, write to us and we swap it for a new one or give you store credit.

the vibrator warranty doesn't cover:
1. a vibrator that was modified, altered or taken apart.
2. damage from improper or negligent use.
3. water damage on a vibrator that isn't fully waterproof.
4. cosmetic wear, like scratches or discoloration, that doesn't affect how it works.

these rules add to your rights under the law, they don't replace them. the warranty is given by Peach and Cream Products Inc., 6683 Jean-Talon Street East, suite 236, Saint-Léonard, Quebec H1S 0A5.
