process and limitations
orders placed directly on peachandcream.com are handled by us. to submit a claim, customers must provide proof of purchase with photos of the item and a description of the issue. all claims must be sent to orders@peachandcream.com and will be reviewed individually.
purchases made through authorized retailers follow the retailer’s return and refund policy, since the transaction is processed by them. in many cases, customers with defective products are redirected to us. when this happens, we will provide either an exchange or a store credit. refunds cannot be guaranteed for items purchased through retailers, as we do not process those payments.
our warranty does not cover products that have been modified, altered, or dismantled, products damaged through improper or negligent use, or water damage to items that are not fully waterproof. it also does not apply to cosmetic deterioration such as scratches, discoloration, or other signs of normal wear that do not affect function.
each warranty request is assessed independently and must include proof of purchase, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.
