Qualified products are eligible for one-time replacement of the original purchased product or with a rebate of equivalent value.

Even though we are serious about our product’s quality and want them as safe, reliable, and durable, we are prepared to react if things do not go as planned. Our warranty is in place just for you to have peace of mind.

We provide a warranty for our product line within one year of purchase for defects owing to faulty workmanship, electronics, or materials. It covers defects that affect the device's function but won’t cover cosmetic deteriorations.

The warranty is only valid in the USA and Canada.

Every claim is treated independently and will require your original receipt with pictures and complete explanations.

Modified products, improper use, submerged products that are not completely waterproof, or neglect won’t be covered. Any attempt to dismantle or open the device in any way will void the warranty.
