Absolutely. We use regular, plain brown, and eco-friendly cardboard packaging. Labeling doesn’t describe the content of the box either. Shipping and billing are completely discreet.

As previously said, we use eco-friendly cardboard packaging for delivery.
Our product packaging, on the other side, is also made of recycled and eco-friendly materials. We recommend you keep the loop going and recycle all the packaging or to just use it for storage! 🌿

Any orders shipped outside of Canada might have additional costs in duties.
Any duties or taxes are at the discretion of the receiving country’s policies, such extra fees are not Peach and Cream® responsibility and won't be refunded.

As soon as your order is confirmed, it is being taken care of by our fulfillment team. It is
automatically labeled and shipped within 24-48 hours, depending on which day your order has been fulfilled.
As soon as your order has been placed, you should receive an email when it is fulfilled and shipped, including your tracking number. If you haven't received anything and are worried about it, contact us.
If you just placed your order and made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we make the appropriate changes to your order.

At checkout, you decide yourself if you want regular or express shipping.
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you should receive an email including your tracking number. All orders are shipped via UPS or Canada Post.
We offer Klarna, which allows you to pay in 4 interest-free payments, at checkout.
We do not offer such shipping option for the moment.
Our website pricing is based in CAD but will be adjusted depending on your area and its currency.
Your delivery should be set aside either by Canada Post or UPS and be kept until you come and get it yourself.
We are not responsible for stolen packages.
We’re happy to offer price adjustments for orders placed within 7 days of a price change. If you notice a price drop on an item you purchased, simply contact us within this 7-day window to claim the difference.
