Refund policy

three rules
unopened products can come back within 7 days. lips has a 30-day money-back guarantee, opened or not. every vibrator has a 1-year warranty.

returns: 7 days, unopened
any product can come back within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unopened, still sealed and in its original packaging. that includes toys and sale items. for hygiene reasons, an opened product can't come back, except lips (see below).

lips: 30-day money-back guarantee
if lips doesn't work for you, email orders@peachandcream.com within 30 days of your first order and we refund it, opened or not. no need to send the jar back. if your first order has several jars, the guarantee covers all the lips jars in that order. in a bundle, it covers the lips part of the bundle.

vibrators: 1-year warranty
peak, glow, aura and cakepop, alone or in a set, have a 1-year warranty from delivery against defects in materials, electronics or workmanship. if one stops working in normal use, we swap it for a new one or give you store credit of the same value. the warranty follows the vibrator if you give it as a gift. the full terms are on our warranty page.

arrived defective, damaged or wrong?
that goes for every product. email orders@peachandcream.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we send you a new one or the right item.

how to start a return
email orders@peachandcream.com with your order number. we reply with the return address. return shipping is on you, unless it's our mistake or the product arrived damaged. items sent back without writing to us first can't be accepted.

refunds
once we receive the returned product and check it, we refund your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. your bank can take a few more days to post it.

exchanges
return the unopened product within 7 days, then place a new order for the one you want.

what can't come back
opened products and gift cards. the second year of care plan has its own terms: you can cancel it at no cost within 10 days, see the plan terms.

these rules add to your rights under the law, they don't replace them.
