who offers this plan: Peach and Cream Products Inc. (Produits Peach and Cream Inc.), 6683 Jean-Talon Street East, suite 236, Saint-Léonard, Quebec H1S 0A5.
what is covered: the toy bought in the same order as the plan (cakepop, aura, glow or peak), one unit per plan.
length: 12 months, starting the day the toy’s 1-year warranty ends.
what we do: if the toy stops working in normal use, we replace it with the same or an equivalent model. no questions, no sending the toy back: a short video of the problem is enough.
battery included: a battery that no longer holds a charge is covered.
cost: none. we pay shipping on the replacement.
how to claim: email orders@peachandcream.com with your order number and the video.
exclusions, each on its own:
- damage from misuse or an accident;
- a charger that didn’t come with the toy;
- loss or theft;
- cosmetic wear that doesn’t stop the toy from working;
- commercial use.
transfer: the plan follows the toy if it’s given as a gift.
discontinued model: an equivalent model of equal or higher value.
cancelling: you can cancel this plan at no cost within 10 days of buying it, with a simple email to orders@peachandcream.com. after 10 days, we refund the unused months pro rata.
your legal warranties: this plan adds to the legal warranty in Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act (sections 37 and 38), which keeps applying during and after the plan.
price: $9 (cakepop, aura) or $15 (glow, peak), plus tax, in Canadian dollars. offered to Canadian addresses only.
