do i need an account?
not to earn it. to spend it, you sign in at checkout with your email and a 6-digit code. that’s your account, nothing else to set up.
when can i use it?
on your very next order, whatever the amount.
does it work on sets and bundles?
yes, on everything in the store. credit is paid at checkout like a gift card, so free shipping and the free cleaner still count.
does it expire?
it stays as long as you order at least once every 12 months. if it’s ever close to expiring, we email you first.
what about subscriptions?
they get both: the subscription price on every delivery, and 10% back on what you pay.
what if i return an order?
the credit that order earned comes off your balance.
how do i get the review or video credit?
write your review from the email we send after your order, or reply to that email with your video and a line saying we can use it in our posts and ads. the credit lands within a few days.
i had points. where did they go?
they’re dollars now. every 500 points became $10, and it’s already in your account.

store credit is earned on orders placed on peachandcream.com and the shop app, subscriptions included. gift cards and wholesale orders don’t earn credit. credit stays while you order at least once every 12 months.
program terms
10% back is a store credit program from Peach and Cream Products Inc. (peachandcream.com).
you earn 10% of the products in each paid order placed on peachandcream.com or the shop app, after discounts. subscription deliveries earn credit too. shipping, taxes, gift cards and wholesale orders don’t.
store credit has no cash value. it can’t be transferred or exchanged for money, and you use it at checkout once you’re signed in.
if an order is refunded, the credit it earned is removed.
your credit stays valid as long as you place an order or earn credit at least once every 12 months. after 12 months with no activity it can expire, and we email you 30 to 60 days before.
referral credit is given when a friend uses your link or code on their first order. it doesn’t apply to your own orders.
review credit is given for any review, whatever the rating. reviews that earned credit can be marked as such.
if we change these terms, we tell you by email 60 to 90 days before the change.
