orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of confirmation, monday through friday. you'll receive a tracking email as soon as it's on its way.
shipping is free on all orders over $90 to canada and the us. for orders under $90, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
yes, we ship to over 160 countries. international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. these are set by the destination country and are not our responsibility.
completely. we use plain brown cardboard with no branding or product description on the outside. billing shows up as "PC" on your statement.
once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. all orders are shipped via UPS or Canada Post.

yes, everything is vegan. no beeswax, no animal-derived ingredients, no animal testing.
yes, all toys are waterproof. most are fully submersible. check your product's manual for specific guidance before extended submersion.
water-based only. silicone-based lubricant will degrade medical-grade silicone over time. we made honey specifically for use with our toys.
rinse with warm water before and after every use. for a deeper clean, use clean, our plant-based toy cleaner. it sanitizes and conditions the silicone so your toys last longer.
yes. each product has a PAO (period after opening) symbol on the packaging indicating how many months it stays effective after opening. when stored in a cool, dry place, unopened products last up to 24 months.
our intimate care products (lips, mist, honey, serum, essence) are fragrance-free. our massage and body products (melt candle, melt oil, silk, mineral) contain fragrances. full ingredient lists are on each product page.
we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before introducing new intimate or body care products during pregnancy. our formulas don't contain known harmful ingredients, but individual sensitivities vary.
