the nozzle comes off
which sounds minor until you think about it.
most bulb douches are a single sealed piece. water sits inside, you rinse what you can reach, and the inside never fully dries. that is how a hygiene product becomes the opposite of one.
flush separates. the nozzle itself is built to rinse rather than spray. water leaves through the tip and through openings along the sides, so it distributes around instead of driving in one direction. the nozzle detaches from the bulb, so both pieces wash properly and dry completely before you put them away. it is the whole reason to buy a good one instead of a cheap one.
how to use
- 1fill. detach the nozzle and fill the bulb with lukewarm water. never hot.
- 2reattach. screw the nozzle back on and apply a water based lubricant to the tip.
- 3insert. get comfortable, insert gently, and squeeze the bulb slowly.
- 4release. hold a few seconds, then release into the toilet. repeat if you want to.
- 5clean. detach the nozzle, wash both pieces with mild soap and warm water, and let them dry fully.
how much water
the bulb holds 150ml and you rarely need all of it. more water is not a better result, it just takes longer to release.
lukewarm, never hot
water that feels hot on your wrist is too hot internally. body temperature or slightly below.
how often
two to three times a week is the ceiling. rinsing more often than that irritates the tissue and works against you.
how long before
give yourself twenty to thirty minutes between rinsing and play. it is more comfortable and there are no surprises.
detachable nozzle
